2. Bookings & Appointments
All bookings are subject to availability.
To secure appointments and recovery sessions, advance payment or a deposit may be required.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases involving:
suspected fraud,
inappropriate conduct,
safety concerns,
or operational limitations.
3. Recovery & Wellness Services
Participation in recovery and wellness services is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in activities including:
sauna,
cold exposure,
massage treatments,
LED therapy,
and other wellness services.
Guests with medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, cardiovascular concerns, or other health-related issues should consult a qualified medical professional before participation.
NARA Spa & Recovery is not liable for injuries, reactions, health complications, or loss of personal belongings resulting from the use of our facilities or services.
4. Payments
We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers including Xendit.
All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.
A 50% deposit is required for all recovery bookings to confirm and secure the reservation.
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and are subject to availability.
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without price adjustment.
Failure to attend a booking without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the booking and payment.
6. Memberships & Packages
Memberships, recovery passes, and treatment packages are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
NARA Spa & Recovery reserves the right to modify schedules, operating hours, memberships, or services at any time when necessary.
7. Website Use
All website content, including branding, text, images, and design elements, remains the property of NARA Spa & Recovery and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Users agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to systems or payment infrastructure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NARA Spa & Recovery shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential damages,
service interruptions,
personal injuries,
or loss of belongings.
All services are provided for wellness and relaxation purposes only and do not replace professional medical advice or treatment.
